well only the base note changes during chord switches, the other two strings played at the same time are always the g abd b strings, that’s why the guitarist doesn’t make the entire chords on the video, he only bothers with the strings he needs. You can tell which base string to play either by where another finger is pressed down on a base string, indicating it is that one he is plucking, or natural guesswork if the note is higher or lower than the previous base note.
